Normal igen?

När jag försökte få Ginger med mig på en sen eftermiddagspromenad gick det bra tills vi kom utanför porten, där blev det stopp. Hon sniffade och sniffade, när jag försökte få med henne åt ena hållet vägrade hon och det blev samma åt andra hållet. Jag brukar få igång Ginger när jag "tvingar" med henne lite men nu gick det inte så jag gav upp och vi gick in igen. Hon ville heller inte traska runt på gräsmattan när jag försökte med det, eftersom jag så gott som alltid har min dörr öppen till sen kväll kan hon gå in och ut som hon vill, är dörren stängd brukar Ginger säga till när hon vill gå ut så jag tror att hon överlever utan sin vanliga kvällspromenad nån gång då och då.

Det var absolut inga problem att få med Ginger på morgonpromenad. Idag igen var den lilla Chihuahua-mix damen på calle Almendra, vem hon tillhör vet jag inte, det ser ut som om hon får mat, hon kan vara dräktig eller har nyss varit det för hennes tuttar är lite större. Hon vill fortfarande inte hälsa på Ginger som uppför sig exemplarisk när hon "läser av" hunden och går lugnt vidare. Vi träffade även en annan liten ung hund som hade smitit ut från Siesta Condos, till en början skällde han ut Ginger men sen gick det bra att hälsa. Ägaren var inte långt borta så han fångade in sin hund och vi kunde gå vidare.

Jag har absolut inte fredag idag mer söndag faktiskt, det spelar inte så stor roll vilken dag det är för oss, vi behöver i stort sett bara ha koll på vilket dag vattenbilen kommer. Den kom inte i onsdags som den brukar, vi får se om den kommer idag. Våra vattendunkar står utanför porten för att indikera att vi vill ha påfyllning så att dom inte åker förbi vårt hus utan att stanna.

Jag undrar om folk inte läser vad det står i annonserna, det verkar inte så med tanke på deras meddelanden. När jag la ut annonsen om hängmattan stod det klart och tydligt att det gällde EN hängmatta ändå fick jag frågan hur många har du? Igår la jag ut en annons om studio 2 med tydlig text att den är ledig till mitten av januari trots det kom det ett meddelande från en kvinna som ville hyra den från december till april!!!

Ett annat irritationsmoment som hände idag (igen) var att vännen till vår gäst gick ut genom porten hon lämnade dörren i porten på vid gavel precis som om hon var utanför och skulle gå in igen om nån 1 minut eller så, även dörren till lägenheten stod öppen. När jag gick ut för att slänga sopor då såg jag inte till tjejen nånstans, det slutade med att Seija stängde dörren för vi vill inte att Ginger ska hoppa ut om hon ser nån hund på gatan eller att nån hund ska hoppa in eller att nån ska ha fritt tillträde in till oss. Mer än tre timmar senare är tjejen fortfarande inte tillbaka, har hon tänkt sig att dörren ska stå öppen tills hon kommer tillbaka när nu det blir? Jag gissar att hon inte har nyckeln med sig och då ringer hon på vår ringklocka för att vi ska öppna åt henne, vilket jag har gjort otaliga gånger. Denna gång har jag sån lust att INTE öppna dörren...

Ginger är så gott som helt normal, hon har legat på terrassen och solat, hon har legat nere vid porten. Hon är fortfarande lite vaksam när hon hör nåt ljud, jag gissar att om inte imorgon så på söndag då är hon nog helt tillbaka till sitt gamla jag. 💗

Normal again?

When I tried to take Ginger with me for an late afternoon walk, it went well until we got outside the gate, then she stopped. She sniffed and sniffed, when I tried to get her to walkj in one direction she refused and it was the same in the other direction. I usually get Ginger going when I "force" her a little but this time it didn't work so I gave up and we went back inside. She also didn't want to walk around the lawn when I tried with that, since I pretty much always have my door open to late she can go in and out as she pleases, if the door is closed Ginger usually tells me when she wants to go out so I think she survives without her usual evening walk now and than.

There were absolutely no problem to get  Ginger out on her morning walk. Today again the little Chihuahua mix lady was on calle Almendra, I don't know who she belongs to, it looks like she is being fed, she may be pregnant or has just been because her tits are a little bigger. She still doesn't want to greet Ginger, who behaves exemplary when she "reads" the dog and calmly moves on. We also met another small young dog that had escaped from Siesta Condos, at first he was barking at Ginger but then it was fine to say hello. The owner wasn't far away so he caught his dog and we were able to move on.

I certainly don't have Friday today, more Sunday actually, it doesn't really matter which day it is for us, we pretty much just need to keep track of which day the water truck is coming. It didn't come on Wednesday as it usually does, we'll see if it comes today. Our water cans are outside the gate to indicate that we want refills so they don't drive past our house without stopping.

I wonder if people don't read what the ads are saying, it doesn't seem that way given their messages. When I posted the ad about the hammock, it was clearly stated that it was ONE hammock, despite that I was asked how many do you have? Yesterday I posted an ad about studio 2 with clear text that its available until the middle of January, yet I received a message from a woman who wanted to rent it from December to April!!!

Another annoyance that happened today (again) was that the friend of our guest went out through the gate she left the door in the gate wide open just like she was outside and was going back inside in 1 minute or so, even the door to the apartment was open. When I went out to throw away the garbage, I didn't see the woman anywhere, it ended up with Seija closing the door because we don't want Ginger to jump out if she sees a dog in the street or a dog to jump in or someone to have free access in to us. Three hours later the woman has still not returned, does she think that the door should stay wide open until she returns whenever that will be? I guess she doesn't have the key with her and then she will ring our doorbell for us to open for her, which I have done countless times. This time I feel like NOT opening the door for her...

Ginger is almost completely back to normal, she has been lying on the terrace sunbathing, she has been lying down by the gate. She's still a bit alert when she hears any noise, I'm guessing that if not tomorrow then by Sunday she'll probably be completely back to her old self. 💗
